I offer an expert and competitively priced will writing service that is specifically tailored to your family circumstances. I will meet with you in the comfort of your own home/office and our discussion will include as standard a tax planning review of your estate.

COST:

Standard simple single Will starts at £230

As a Will is specifically tailored to the needs of you and your family the costs will vary dependent upon the complexity of your estate and the need for inclusion of trusts. Confirmation as to the costs will be provided for your agreement prior to commencement of work.

Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)

Setting up a power of attorney can give you confidence that your affairs will be in safe hands if you can no longer deal with them yourself either due to poor physical or mental health.

A lasting power of attorney together with your Will are vital in the future planning of your estate

There are two types of LPA:

i) Property and finances

This will give your attorney the power to make decisions about your banking, savings, benefits, property etc.

ii) Health and Welfare:

This gives your attorney the power to make decisions about matters relating to your health, including how you will be cared for if you are unable to look after yourself.

The Process:

Face to face consultation to obtain all necessary information

Prepare documentation

Post documents to client for registration with the Office of the Public Guardian, (together with full instructions on action required)

Both LPA's - £600*
